Nuclear Waste Services have a mission and we are part of it!
NWS brings together the UK’s leading nuclear waste management capabilities and is part of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority group, which has a collective long-term mission to clean up nuclear sites safely, securely, and cost-effectively. It has a mission to lead nuclear waste management and disposal as part of its integrated waste management programme, with a vision to make nuclear waste permanently safe, sooner.
As part of NWS delivering digital training materials to stakeholders in the nuclear industry, it has awarded e-Aspire as an eLearning and development supplier, a £150,000 contract to produce and deliver digital training media. The overall objective is to support the development of skills and capabilities, and to contribute to the professional development of everyone employed in the management of radioactive waste.
“From our experience e-Aspire has always produced high quality, innovative and engaging content that is needed to enhance the learning experience and they are a great team to work with.” said Charlotte Pickering, Senior Waste Strategy Specialist at NWS.
“We are delighted to be part of the innovative NWS learning and development programme over the next few years” said Mike Mulvihill, e-Aspire MD.
