This year has been one of unprecedented change at London Underground.. Not only did we need to upskill staff quickly and effectively but we also needed to develop a quick solution which e-Aspire helped us to do. We have been keeping track of performance and staff engagement of the new digital learning and have been delighted with the results. From design to delivery, the impact of the learning has been far-reaching, and has exceeded our expectations at all levels and we are looking forward to working with e-Aspire on more exciting projects in the year to come.
We asked e-Aspire to update our site induction video and convert some of our training materials to be more interactive learning modules. The quality of their work is excellent and it was a pleasure to work with them as a proactive learning partner who understood what we needed and delivered what we required.
We needed a platform to deliver our online Welding Training for the construction sector, in conjunction with ECTIB and EDF NNB. e-Aspire was asked to convert our legacy DVD learning materials into an online mobile solution. As part of the development process they piloted learning materials on their LMS. We were impressed with the simplicity of set up and branding, offering instant accessibility to the learning on the platform. Easy to manage without any hosting issues we pay e-Aspire commission on every course we sell worldwide.
It was also great working with you on the video modules. It was a very smooth process considering how last minute (on our side) some aspects of it was!
